How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Complete the application form and prepare required documents: Applicants must submit a completed admission form along with necessary documents, including the student's passport (information and visa pages), birth certificate, certified true copies of academic results or final report cards for the past three years, and parents' passports (information pages).

2. Assessment and interview: Once the application is complete, applicants are scheduled for an assessment and interview. This process helps determine the most appropriate grade placement for the student.

3. Enrollment and fee payment: Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer. Acceptance of the offer is confirmed upon payment of the required fees.

4. Visa application for international students: After enrollment, the school will assist in submitting the necessary documents to the Ministry of Education Malaysia to obtain a Letter of Support for the student visa. Subsequently, the school will apply for the student visa through the Johor State Immigration Department.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Paragon International School offers scholarships for Year 7 students (2026 intake), exclusively for Malaysian citizens. Applicants must demonstrate high academic achievement, a good command of the English language, active participation in co-curricular activities, strong communication skills, and involvement in school events. Academic requirements include straight A's in the past three years for the Malaysian curriculum or equivalent achievements in other curriculam. The scholarship provides up to a 100% waiver on tuition fees, excluding registration fees, miscellaneous fees, books, uniforms, bus fare, insurance, etc.
