The school guides students from early childhood to secondary level through the Cambridge International Curriculum and Singapore Curriculum. In Early Years, learning begins with the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key To Learning. The International Primary Curriculum (IPC) is integrated in the primary program to provide a global perspective. Upper secondary prepares students for the Cambridge IGCSE examinations offered by Cambridge Assessment International Education.
Arts are an integral part of the SIS education. A range of arts offerings includes guitar, ukulele, vocal, ballet, violin, drum, piano, art, photography, Chinese painting, and Latin. Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) & Stellar Mastery Academy provide after-school arts and performance opportunities.
Language Support Class provides social and academic English instruction for students whose native language is not English, with progression until they reach Literature. A Student Exchange Programme offers eligible students the chance to live with a host family abroad and to host an exchange student. IPC Primary subjects include Mandarin Language and Malay Language, among other subjects.

Stellar International School (SIS), founded in 2016 and located in Puteri Harbour, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, provides education for students aged 3 to 18.
