Academic and Intellectual

Tenby Tropicana Aman offers a suite of ISP co-curricular programs that develop intellectual and academic skills through competition and collaboration. ISP Chess Masters provides regional qualifiers and opportunities to compete with peers across ISP schools. ISP Scientists support real-world STEM inquiry through projects with external partners, while ISP Filmmakers and ISP Artists offer creative, project-based work. ISP Model United Nations and ISP Cultural Exchange provide debate and cross-cultural experiences, reinforcing global competencies.

Arts and Creative

A broad suite of music and art CCAs is offered, including Musical Theatre, Choir, Ukulele Club, Secondary Pop Band, Creative Crafting, Sketch Club, Candles and Concrete Handicrafts, and Art and Fashion Design Club. Music and Art CCAs positively influence learning and performance, with specialist clubs focusing on instruments and visual arts. These activities complement classroom learning by providing opportunities for collaboration, performance and creative expression.

Cultural and Language

Multilingualism is central at Tenby Tropicana Aman. Core language learning includes English, Malay and Mandarin, with additional after-school languages such as Spanish, French, Tamil, Japanese and Korean. The English as an Additional Language (EAL) support is tailored to individual learners. The ISP International Opportunities programme enables cultural exchanges, debates, and creative film projects, further developing intercultural communication skills.

Social and Hobbies

An extensive range of co-curricular activities includes music and arts clubs alongside a broad sports program. Sports clubs offer swimming, basketball, badminton, dodgeball, gymnastics and football, with additional martial arts classes in karate, taekwondo and muay thai. The program also features after-school clubs (CASE) with more than 100 options and regular school trips to broaden interests and teamwork.

Community and Service

Community engagement is central at Tenby Tropicana Aman. The Parents' Association partners with staff to foster a supportive environment, and students participate in meaningful charities. Partnerships include Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (staff and parent screening and a Breast Cancer Awareness Fun Run), the Malaysian Association of the Blind (interactive sessions and Braille activities), Kembara Kitchen & House of Love, and the Dignity for Children Foundation with Kloth during STEAM initiatives.

Leadership and Professional

Student leadership opportunities include positions such as Head Student, Vice Head Student, Head of Student Council, Prefects, Eco Warriors and House Captains. Under supervision, leaders organise events such as Charity Carnival, the Tenby Leadership Trek, and Merdeka Day celebrations, developing organisational and communication skills.

Lifestyle and Wellbeing

The school emphasises wellbeing through physical activity and experiential learning. Weekly swimming lessons are part of Primary, and a broad range of co-curricular sports includes swimming, basketball, badminton, dodgeball, gymnastics and football; martial arts classes cover karate, taekwondo and muay thai.
