Tenby Schools Penang originated as Sekolah Sri Pinang in 1981, established by the Augustin family as the first private school in Penang. In 2005, it integrated with Tenby International School, combining Malaysian and British curricula on a single campus. By 2011, the school relocated to a purpose-built facility in Tanjung Bungah, enhancing its capacity and resources. Today, it operates under the International Schools Partnership, offering both international and national education streams.

Community
