Wesley Methodist is a co-educational day school, with no boarding facilities.
WMSII maintains small class sizes (max 25 students) and uses a differentiated learning model, where teachers tailor lessons to individual strengths and areas for improvement. They offer short-term intervention classes, typically in groups of around 4 students, to support those who need extra academic help. Formal tracking and personalised improvement monitoring allow staff to identify and assist students in need.

It is a one-time fee, payable when submitting the application form.

Security Deposit (Refundable with Conditions):
The Security Deposit is refundable, but under the following conditions:
A written notice of withdrawal must be submitted at least one full term in advance (i.e., 4 months' notice) while the student is still enrolled.
This notice must be received and acknowledged by the school.
If the notice is not submitted on time, the security deposit will be forfeited.
The amount of the deposit increases by level (RM 4,500–8,000) and follows the student’s progression year to year.
