Refund Policy

Non-Refundable:
Application Fee:
This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
It is a one-time fee, payable when submitting the application form.

Registration Fee:
Also non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payable upon official registration of the student.

Security Deposit (Refundable with Conditions):
The Security Deposit is refundable, but under the following conditions:
A written notice of withdrawal must be submitted at least one full term in advance (i.e., 4 months' notice) while the student is still enrolled.
This notice must be received and acknowledged by the school.
If the notice is not submitted on time, the security deposit will be forfeited.
The amount of the deposit increases by level (RM 4,500–8,000) and follows the student’s progression year to year.

WMSII is a Christian international school in Ipoh, serving students aged 6–17. Rooted in a nearly century-long tradition, it delivers the Cambridge Primary & Secondary curriculum, culminating in IGCSE examinations. The school strongly emphasizes character development through Methodist values and leadership programmes. The campus is well-equipped with science laboratories, computer rooms, a library, and a chapel, and supports a variety of clubs like drama, choir, sports, and Boys’/Girls’ Brigade.
