Zenith International School follows the Cambridge curriculum from Primary through to Secondary. In the Primary years (Years 1–6), students study core subjects including English, Mathematics, and Science, alongside subjects such as ICT, Art, Music, Malay, and Mandarin. At Lower Secondary (Years 7–9), the curriculum builds on these foundations and prepares students for international examinations. In Upper Secondary (Years 10–11), students follow the Cambridge IGCSE program, which allows them to take internationally recognized subject examinations. For pre-university, the school offers the Cambridge A-Level program as the final stage of study. Instruction is in English, with Mandarin and Malay taught as additional languages.
