Facilities Overview

Chiswick House School and St Martin's College offer a broad, integrated set of facilities across two Malta campuses. CHS provides Early Years to Senior School spaces including classrooms, art rooms, a theatre, IT labs, a music room, a library, outdoor recreational areas, a sensory room, ALP rooms and International Programme rooms. St Martin's College provides Senior School, Middle School and Sixth Form spaces including multiple classrooms, a library, an audio-visual room, five science laboratories, three ICT laboratories, art rooms, a chapel, drama and music rooms, ALP and PSHE spaces, a gym with changing rooms and showers, and three 5-a-side pitches, two tennis courts and a cafeteria. The SMC Sports Complex in Swatar adds a Multi-Purpose Sports Hall, three artificial turf pitches and two tennis courts, plus meeting/classroom spaces and a cafeteria. The libraries on both campuses are fully automated, with CHS Library having over 7,000 classified books and the SMC Library over 22,000 resources.

Sports Facilities

SMC Sports Complex includes a Multi-Purpose Sports Hall for basketball, handball, volleyball and futsal; three artificial turf 5-a-side pitches; two tennis courts; a cafeteria; and meeting/classroom spaces. CHS provides Outdoor Recreational Areas on its campus. Parking is available along the main road adjacent to the pitch, and the site is accessible by bus.

Academic Facilities

Chiswick House School provides a broad set of academic spaces from Early Years to Senior School, including reception and year-group classrooms, art rooms, a theatre, IT labs, a music room and a library, plus dedicated ALP and International Programme rooms, a sensory room and staff facilities. St Martin's College provides dedicated spaces for the Senior School, Middle School and Sixth Form, including classrooms across multiple floors, a library, an audio-visual room, five science laboratories, three ICT laboratories, three art rooms, a chapel, music and drama rooms, ALP and PSHE spaces, along with gym facilities. The CHS and SMC libraries are automated; CHS Library has over 7,000 classified books, while the Library and Learning Resource Centre at St Martin's College houses over 22,000 resources. Both campuses include lifts and staff rooms.

Extra-Curricular Activities

School of Performing Arts (SOPA) offers theatre training for ages 3–18, with after-school classes at Chiswick House School and Swatar. Extracurricular Activities comprise a varied programme of individual and team sports with sessions at CHS Kappara, plus visits abroad. Extra Hour Options run Monday to Friday for Early Years to Level 5, with supervised indoor and outdoor activities. Summer School runs July–September with two-, three-, or five-day options; brochures and enquiries are available via the school.

Chiswick House School and St Martin's College (CHS & SMC) are Malta's independent, co-educational group serving pupils aged 3–18 across Kappara and Swatar. CHS and SMC offer a Bespoke Curriculum with Pearson Edexcel IGCSE and an International Programme including English (EL2/3), French (FL2/3), Spanish (SL2/3), Italian (IL1), and Maltese. By Level 6, languages are taught: French, Italian, German, Spanish and Mandarin. An Inclusion and Well‑Being framework provides an Inclusion Coordinator, SEN specialists, a Well‑Being Team and a counsellor; Maths Mastery uses Singapore maths with Maths No Problem!. Ethics Education sits alongside Religious Education; Connected Learning Projects and Project‑Based Learning enrich Middle School. Sixth Form routes include MATSEC or Malta Matriculation, UCAS for UK universities, and international Pathway options. A signature feature is the School of Performing Arts (SOPA) for ages 3–18. Libraries include over 7,000 and 22,000 resources, theatres, drama and music rooms, science labs and a broad sports complex.
