San Andrea School is an independent, co‑educational Maltese school for ages 2 to 16, offering a bespoke curriculum from Pre‑Nursery to Grade 12. The Early Sector provides bilingual instruction in English and Maltese with both languages taught equally. From Grade 2, learning follows the National Curriculum Framework through a thematic, project‑based approach. The Middle Sector (Grades 4–7) covers English, Maltese, Mathematics, Religion, Science, Environmental Studies, and practical subjects such as Art, Drama, Music, PSCD, Physical Education, Library Skills, ICT (Grade 5–7) and Italian from Grade 7. The Senior Sector (Grade 8–12) comprises Departments of Sciences, Mathematics, Humanities, Languages (Maltese, English, Italian and French), two ICT suites, and Practical Subjects (PE, Drama, Art, Home Economics). Maltese as a Foreign Language is offered for non‑Maltese nationals. Founded in 1992 by the Parents' Foundation for Education, the school now operates three sector buildings in Naxxar. Facilities include science and computer labs, a library, dedicated drama and music rooms, and a Senior School Multipurpose Hall. An extracurricular programme supports Nursery to Grade 11, including a Student Council and wellbeing services.
