LBIS is located on the slopes of Mount Ory near Port Louis, Mauritius. The campus includes over forty teaching rooms, four science labs, three computer rooms, two art studios, three Design & Technology rooms, a home economics lab, and a large library. In 2015, a Performing Arts and Language Lab Block was added, featuring a Language Lab, music room, theatre, and recording studio.
The school has four football pitches, outdoor hard courts, and a multi-purpose sports hall for various sports and events.

There are seven prefect committees: Student Life, Events, Outreach, Academics, Sports, Treasury and Heads. They improve the out-of-class experiences, organize assemblies and festival-related events such as Diwali and Chinese New Year, coordinate sporting events (cross country, sports day, swimming gala) and interclass competitions, and oversee other student-led activities.
Le Bocage International School in Mauritius offers an English-medium international education for learners aged 11 to 18. LBIS delivers an IB continuum, with the IB Middle Years Programme for Forms 1–5, the IB Diploma Programme for Forms 6–7, and the IB Career-related Programme, complemented by the Pearson BTEC curriculum. In Forms 4 and 5, students may also undertake the Cambridge IGCSE. The school, opened in 1990 and operated by PROGOS, serves over 800 students with a 9:1 student‑teacher ratio and an average class size around 20. LBIS is accredited by the Council of International Schools, the Middle States Association, and the Mauritian Ministry of Education.
