The Wellness Department strengthens character by developing students' values and social-emotional skills while supporting their physical health. The program includes social-emotional learning (CASEL-based), Character Counts, Second Step, emotional intelligence, service-learning projects, and community service, plus the Great Kindness Challenge ambassador program. The wellness framework has three sections—social-emotional learning, bullying prevention, and community outreach—implemented from pre-nursery to high school. A mentoring program fosters personal growth, academic success, and career planning, while the House System (Tesla, Einstein, Picasso, Carnegie) supports belonging, leadership, and socio-emotional development.

Educational Support designs individualized programs for students who require additional guidance to realize their potential. Gifted students are challenged beyond the curriculum with exclusive activities.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

EAL/SAL Programs for International Students on the Valle and Huasteca campuses provide English and Spanish as Additional Language support. The aim is to give specialized teaching assistance so students can join the regular program once language foundations are established, with progression to SAL if necessary.

Mental Wellbeing

Well-being is prioritized across all campuses, with the Wellness Department supporting physical and mental health, counseling, and emotional development to help students achieve academic and personal growth. The program seeks to cultivate motivated, confident, and happy lifelong learners through comprehensive wellness initiatives.
