American Tribes invites families to join the school family and form bonds with their tribe. This program emphasizes community and belonging within the ASC community. These elements reflect ASC's bicultural model by integrating family involvement with the school's English-language and American-model education. American Tribes is presented on ASC materials as part of the Bicultural Model.
American School Chihuahua is a bicultural international school delivering an American-style education in English, with Spanish taught as part of the curriculum. It serves day care, nursery, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and primary, using a Bicultural Model that immerses children in English from first contact. The learning environment is 100% American, with all subjects taught in English except Spanish, and teachers adapt to learners who need extra support. Instruction emphasizes learning by doing and playing daily, using songs, games, stories, and rhymes to develop physical, social, cognitive, and linguistic growth. The school fosters a sense of family through the American Tribes program and cultural emphasis. Facilities include a covered multi-use gym, technology-enabled classrooms, administrative offices, and a safe campus located at Av. Prolongación Teófilo Borunda Ortiz 12404, Colonia Ejido Labor de Terrazas, with internal circulation system and secure entry. Extended-day care runs 7:00 am–7:00 pm; no-cost childcare is provided on suspended days.
