The Primary School consists of FS, KS1 and KS2 classes with multiple form entry. All teaching groups are small and supported by TAs, LSAs, SEN and EAL specialists who support the National Curriculum and EY Framework. The school has state-of-the-art facilities to support teaching, including the latest touch screen technology, technology labs, and art facilities, with carefully landscaped indoor and outdoor play areas. Additional facilities include a 450-seat auditorium/theatre, STEAM & robotics room, swimming pool, training pool, and courts for badminton, volleyball, tennis, basketball, and a full-size football pitch.

Britt Academy, Playa del Carmen, is a bilingual international day school for ages 3 to 18. It delivers the Mexican National Curriculum (SEP) through the Knotion Education platform, with competencies organized into Communication and Expression, Scientific Perspective, and Social Participation. A Language Centre supports mastery of English and Spanish, while technology-driven learning aligns to the UN SDGs. In Primary and Junior High, core subjects (Spanish, English, Maths, Science) are taught in an integrated, creative framework alongside digital Global Citizenship and Robotics; High School adds business and enterprise skills such as finance and marketing. Britt Academy is part of Orbital Education, a UK-based group accredited by COBIS and CIS; in 2019 Orbital Education received the Queen's Award for Enterprise.
