Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Attend the information session. There are multiple dates and times during September, October, November, and January. Attending an information session is a mandatory step to begin the admissions process. 2. Submit the enrollment application and pay the enrollment handling fee. From January 10 to January 28, 2022, submit the enrollment application, the student's transcript, and billing details to the campus emails. A family number and a password will be provided to enable payment of the MXN 1,500 enrollment handling fee via the school's payments portal. 3. Receive the payment receipt to schedule interviews and observations. Once the documents are received, an email will be sent with the date and time for the observations and interviews. 4. Make the required payments (Place Reservation and CIP). After admission is confirmed to Kindergarten, pay: from February 28 to March 31, 2022 the School Place Reservation of MXN 10,000 (to be credited toward the enrollment fee); from February 28 to May 20, 2022 the single payment “First Ingress Fee” of MXN 16,000 per child. 5. Submit payments and documentation. Starting April 1, scan and send the following documents: birth certificate (foreigners with apostille), CURP for the child and for both parents, proof of address, medical certificate and updated vaccination card, a “no debt” letter from the current school, the latest evaluation from the current Kindergarten, and a certificate proving the child's legal stay in the country (if foreign). 6. Enrollments. Final enrollments take place from June 20 to June 28. Information will be sent to the family's Humboldt email addresses, and all official information is communicated via the @humboldt.edu.mx addresses.
Scholarships are available for families experiencing economic hardship whose children are enrolled in primary, secondary, or high school and whose average grade is at least 8.0. The scholarship application can be downloaded from the school's website (Campus Norte section) from February 12 to March 16, 2018. The completed application, along with the required documents, must be delivered to Rosa María Lobera in the Administration (Secondary) by March 16, 2018 between 8:00 and 14:00. A social–economic study will be conducted by an external company, so a payment of MXN 600 must be made at the cashier before submitting the application. For additional information, contact Julia Haid, Administrator, Campus Norte.
