Prevention and care are embedded in school culture, with staff trained to identify and address concerns. A culture of active protection, responsibility, and professionalism shapes every interaction, and the environment promotes respectful relationships with zero tolerance for harassment. There is a clear safeguarding framework with an accessible support team, including a Wellness Coordinator available to guide families, teachers, and students. Safeguarding policies are enacted daily, turning them into visible practices, and staff follow international standards for safer recruitment. The school embeds a 3-part safeguarding curriculum—Relationship & Sex Education, Protective Behaviours, and Digital Safety & Citizenship—within a Personal, Social, Health and Wellbeing program.

The school offers a bilingual education program with English and Spanish, supported by a multicultural community and highly qualified teachers. In Preschool, the program is bilingual with additional hours of English, a dedicated Kindergarten campus, and a daily neuromotor program that strengthens cognitive and motor skills. In Elementary and Middle School, the program remains bilingual with a language structure of 70% English, 20% Spanish, and 10% German in Middle School, preparing students for a global environment. The curriculum includes elective foreign languages such as Mandarin Chinese. The Compass academic program emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and digital skills, reinforcing bilingual development in a global context.
