Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard billing is 11 monthly payments (colegiaturas) covering the academic cycle, with due dates set monthly (for example: 30 Sep, 31 Oct, 30 Nov, 31 Dec, 31 Jan, 28 Feb, 31 Mar, 30 Apr, 31 May, 30 Jun). The 11th monthly payment has flexibility for advance payment within the months indicated by the school. Late payment incurs a moratory interest (5%) and can void discounts tied to being up to date (books, packages, etc.).
- Paying the annual amount by the stated prepayment deadline results in the condoning of the 11th monthly payment (annualidad discount).

New-entry one-time contribution (aportación única de nuevo ingreso)
- Preescolar: MXN 12,000 (discounted to MXN 9,000 for second child/ex-alumnos/UDLAP, or VW/Audi staff).
- Primaria: MXN 12,000 (discounted to MXN 9,000 for the categories above).
- Secundaria: MXN 6,000 (discounted to MXN 4,500 for the categories above).

iPad / equipment fees and financing
- For groups with school-provided equipment there is an additional equipment financing charge spread over monthly payments; past references show MXN 775 for Secundaria and Preparatoria (for cohorts that received equipment under a prior cycle) and that new equipment/financing is subject to provider contract and separate monthly charges (typically 10 monthly payments).
