Inclusion Educativa is an inclusion program for children, adolescents and young people with an intellectual disability, implemented at San Mateo and Interlomas campuses for primary and bachillerato. The objective is that students receive supports to acquire competencies and develop skills that enable independent participation in their community with self-determination. Personalized teaching strengthens all areas of development and integrates students by age; partial integration occurs in primary and across secondary and bachillerato subjects. Inclusion promotes functional academic skills, social skills, and emotional competence. Inclusion benefits everyone by raising awareness and guiding the school community toward a culture of diversity, tolerance, and equity. The school works with parents to foster autonomy and a sense of responsibility for daily tasks.
