Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed as 10 monthly payments (10 mensualidades) across the academic year. Families are required to pay the 10 monthly tuition installments for the cycle; late payment will incur applicable late charges.
- Registration and one‑time contribution payments are due to complete the enrollment process. The registration payment finalizes inscription upon acceptance and delivery of required paperwork.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates as a day school and publishes extended‑day (after‑school) service up to 7:00 p.m. rather than an overnight boarding program.
Other costs and typical additional fees
- Uniforms, school supplies, extracurricular academy fees, cafeteria and optional activities are additional to the tuition and one‑time fees; specific amounts for uniforms or optional programs are billed separately and were not published alongside the tuition schedule.
Refunds and cancellations
- The enrollment process is concluded upon payment of the required inscription and associated payments; the school's published enrollment materials do not list a separate public refund schedule for fees. Payments required to complete registration are indicated as part of the inscription process. Late‑payment penalties are applied for overdue tuition.
Fee payment options (administration / portal)
- The school operates an online family/administration portal for admissions and family account access; presence of a portal link on the school site indicates an online accounts/payment facility for families. Typical payment methods used by school portals include bank transfer and credit/debit card; the school's published materials show a parent/login portal but do not list a detailed printed menu of accepted payment instruments. The school's admissions office handles billing arrangement and account access.
Notes on promotions and exemptions
- Promotional exceptions (for example free registration or reduced tuition percentages) are advertised for the 2025–2026 cycle and may apply to new enterers or specific cohorts (Prepa promotional scholarships shown). Promotions are published as part of the admissions information for that cycle.
