Facilities Overview

ISOM offers a photo gallery and a 360-degree virtual tour of its facilities, and visits can be scheduled by appointment. ISOM is a bilingual basic education institution with a humanist, secular, inclusive, and student-centered orientation. The campus is located at Autlán 103, Mitras Sur, MTY, NL. The site invites prospective visitors to view the facilities and arrange a visit.

Sports Facilities

Soccer and basketball trainings are offered twice weekly. Students in these activities represent the school in inter-school friendly tournaments as well as regional and state competitions promoted by the S.E. and CECAFF. Participation requires attendance at training sessions, high academic performance, and good conduct on and off the court.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Sports activities include soccer and basketball trainings twice a week, Monday to Thursday. Cultural activities include chess, robotics, dance, choir, and violin. In addition to English and Spanish, ISOM offers a foreign language program where students and teachers can learn a third language of their choice (currently French and Japanese) attending classes twice a week outside normal school hours.

International School of Monterrey (ISOM) is a bilingual, secular, inclusive, student-centered institution serving ages 3 to 15, from Kinder to High School. The school offers an Advanced Placement (AP) curriculum in its upper grades, complemented by academies in Mathematics, Sciences, Technologies, and Arts and Cultures, all taught in English. An English Academy focuses on English Language Arts and English as a Foreign Language, while a third language program (French or Japanese) runs after school twice weekly. The Project for Activation of the Intelligences (PAI) engages primary students to develop cognitive, affective and motor skills and multiple intelligences. Facilities include a campus with photo gallery and a 360-degree tour, plus a MakerSpace with 3D printing and laser cutting; spaces for chess, robotics, dance, choir and violin. Sports include soccer and basketball, with inter-school competitions. The community emphasizes service, anti-bullying, and Positive Discipline, alongside cultural and language exploration and a values-driven environment.
