Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment frequency options: 10 monthly payments (Opción A), single annual payment (Opción B, 6% discount), or two payments (Opción C, 3% discount each installment). Monthly option covers September through June for preescolar to primaria. Payments are issued via the school payment portal Hub+Pay.

- Due dates and timing: Monthly payments are due within the first ten calendar days of each month (vencimiento: day 10). For single or two-exhibition payments, parents must select the option and pay before the stated deadlines to receive the discounts. Specific early-payment deadlines for discount application are published for each benefits plan (examples: deadlines for some discounts include September 10, 2026; March 31, 2026; June 30, 2026 as applicable to the benefit being claimed).

- Late payment and arrears: A late-payment surcharge of 5% is applied and accumulates each month on overdue monthly colegiaturas. Failure to pay three or more monthly colegiaturas authorizes suspension of the educational service after written notice; the school will notify parents at least fifteen calendar days before suspension. Payments received are applied to the oldest outstanding balances.

- Change of payment frequency: A change in payment modality may be requested up to 5 days before the first monthly due date via the Hub+Pay portal; once the payment cycle has started, changes are not accepted.

Boarding fees

- Boarding: Not applicable. The school operates as a day school; no boarding program or boarding fees are listed.

Other costs and fees (uniforms, materials, extras)

- School uniform: Uniforms are supplied through external providers; ordinary and formal uniforms are available via Ezetera; sports/team uniforms via Skolary (previously Silex). Ordering windows and delivery dates are set by the uniform vendors (example ordering window previously published: orders entered 1 August–25 October, delivery by 31 October). No uniform price list is published in the fee schedule.

- Books, licenses and materials: Grade-specific materials fees and lists are published in grade circulars. Example: a materials/platforms quota for 1st grade was published as MXN 4,570.00 for the 2025–2026 materials pack (licenses, platforms and specific resources); materials and platform fees vary by grade and are billed separately from colegiaturas. Additional items such as agendas, labeling/marbete, and school activity fees may apply per grade.

- Additional possible charges: Transport (if available), extraordinary exam fees, remedial courses, certificates/duplicates and special outside-hours activities may incur extra costs and will be published or communicated to families when applicable. Ordinary in-class library, laboratory and civic-event costs are included in the colegiaturas; out-of-schedule activities may carry extra charges.

Refund and cancellation policy

- Inscription/reinscription refunds: After the academic cycle has started there is no partial or total refund of the inscripción or reinscripción. A full refund of the inscripción or reinscripción is permitted only when the family provides written notice at least two months prior to the start of the next annual cycle (for one-year cycles) and the notice of withdrawal is delivered and stamped/signed by the school administration.

- Tuition (colegiaturas) refunds: No partial or total refund for monthly colegiaturas once paid. For annual payments (single or two-installment options), if a family requests withdrawal during the school year, the unused portion of the annual payment will be refunded proportionally from the month following the month in which the official withdrawal is requested and processed. Procedures require a written withdrawal notice and administrative processing.

Discounts, benefits and deadlines (summary)

- Early-payment discounts and family discounts are available under the school's published benefits plans (examples include discounts for prompt payment of inscripción/reinscripción, sibling discounts and discounts for children/descendants of alumni). Specific deadlines and percentage discounts vary by concept and are published in the benefits tables; examples include discounts conditioned on payment of inscripción by March 31, 2026 or by June 30, 2026, and deadlines for applying single-payment colegiatura discounts. Family discounts may be subject to accumulation limits (maximums) and rules about which discounts can be combined.

Fee payment options

- Accepted payment channels: The school uses the Hub+Pay payment portal. Available payment methods through the portal and authorized channels include: referenced payment via BBVA (CIE reference) at authorized collection points (cash), in-app BBVA payments, online payment by credit card or debit card, and electronic interbank transfers (SPEI) via CLABE. Payments in the school cashier are accepted (credit/debit cards) only for families without Hub+Pay access. Cash payments at authorized establishments are subject to legal limits per month and per reference in compliance with anti-money-laundering rules. Payment methods and availability times can be limited relative to due dates (e.g., certain methods are only available up to 48–72 hours before a due date). Parents are responsible for keeping payment receipts and confirmations.

Notes on application of the rules

- Acceptance of the school's administrative norms and completion of registration in the payment portal constitutes consent to the published fees and conditions; colegiaturas will not be increased during the cycle except for extraordinary operational reasons communicated to families. Parents should follow the published payment deadlines and benefit schedules to secure any available discounts.
