The campus features a Makerspace, a library, a preschool chapel and an upper grades chapel. There are playgrounds, music rooms, an art room, a fan shop, a psychomotor room, and an athletic field. A cafeteria and a kitchen support dining, alongside an infirmary, auditoriums, a gym, basketball courts, and soccer fields. Additional spaces include special classrooms, green areas and meeting rooms.

Irish Monterrey is an international Catholic bilingual school in Monterrey, Mexico, serving students aged 3 to 15. The school offers bilingual instruction in English and Spanish and combines the Mexican curriculum with Advanced Placement options for eligible levels, within a Catholic education framework. The program emphasizes language development, information technologies, solid science and technology education, and cultural understanding.
