Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Inquiry: To start the admissions journey at San Roberto International School, schedule a personalized school visit by filling out the inquiry form or contacting the admissions team. The admissions team is available to answer questions and guide families through the process. The San Agustín Campus and Valle Alto Campus handle admissions inquiries, with offices open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This initial contact connects families with support throughout the process.
2. Application: Families complete an online application and submit the required documentation. The submission initiates the formal review by the admissions team. Documentation requirements are outlined in the entry requirements. The online application and document submission begin the admissions timeline.
3. Review: Applications are carefully considered by the admissions committee. The committee requires background checks for every family. All applications are assessed against campus admissions criteria. This step helps determine whether the school can accommodate the child.
4. Testing: Psychometric and/or placement assessments may be required, depending on the child's grade. Assessments help determine appropriate placement within the curriculum. The testing is integrated into the admissions timeline. Families will be notified of required assessments as part of the process.
5. Acceptance: If admission is approved, enrollment documents are signed and payment is made to secure the child's place. There are limited spaces in some grade levels. To join the wait pool, candidates must complete the admissions process. Wait pool priority is based on the date of acceptance and our admissions policies.
