San Roberto International School operates two Monterrey campuses, San Agustín Campus in San Pedro Garza García and Valle Alto Campus in the southern part of the city. Valle Alto is a 14-acre campus, while San Agustín covers 7 acres. The campuses offer well-designed classrooms, libraries, auditoriums, and spaces for the arts and sports, with dedicated areas for early childhood learning. Preschool facilities include learning centers, reading corners, PlayPod areas, and a WonderLab, and there is a petting zoo at San Agustín; both campuses provide music and fine arts spaces and STEAM facilities to support learning across subjects.

San Agustín has a library with over 110,000 books, a 280-seat auditorium, a cafeteria, a SWAS wing for EAL students, 9 rooms for extracurricular classes, 15 music rooms, an infirmary, a science lab and five technology labs, and interactive teaching technologies as an Apple Distinguished School. Valle Alto has 57 classrooms, a library with over 86,000 books, a cafetorium, and an infirmary; it emphasizes STEAM with science and technology labs and Apple Distinguished School status.
Extracurricular offerings include dance, robotics, and karate at San Agustín, plus a School of Music with nine music rooms and six practice rooms and opportunities in drama and musical performances. Valle Alto features dance rooms, a Tae Kwon Do room, and extensive after-school activities across its campus.
