- Middle Years Programme (Standard rate): Early USD 40,070 ; Regular USD 41,300 ; Semester USD 42,130 (two instalments of USD 21,065) ; Quarter USD 42,960 (four instalments of USD 10,740).
- Primary Years Programme (Standard rate): Early USD 32,980 ; Regular USD 34,000 ; Semester USD 34,680 (two instalments of USD 17,340) ; Quarter USD 35,360 (four instalments of USD 8,840).
- Pre‑School (Standard rate): Early USD 23,470 ; Regular USD 24,190 ; Semester USD 24,680 (two instalments of USD 12,340) ; Quarter USD 25,160 (four instalments of USD 6,290).
- Equivalent instalment and total examples for the Discounted rate are published using the same Early/Regular/Semester/Quarter structure (for example: Diploma Discount Early USD 35,620 ; Regular USD 36,720 ; Semester USD 37,460 ; Quarter USD 38,190).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Registration and Capital Building Fund fees are due by June 1 (annual deadline).
- Regular tuition single‑payment (regular plan) and the first instalment options have a due date of August 1 (annual).
- Early payment deadline (to receive the early payment reduction) is June 1.
- Semester plan instalment due dates: by August 1 and by January 12.
- Quarter plan instalment due dates: by August 1, October 9, January 12, and March 19.
- Bus service for the school year commences on the first day of classes (example service start date indicated as August 19).
- Tuition may be paid in USD or in MNT (converted at the depositing bank's commercial non‑cash USD selling rate on the payment day); any bank charges for currency conversion or transfer fees are the responsibility of the payor.

Deposits, optional services and other charges

- Refundable library deposit: USD 120 (payable on admission; refundable on return of library resources in good order).
- Refundable textbook deposit (Grades 6–12 only): USD 325 (payable on admission; refundable on return of textbooks in good order).
- Bus service (K–12, 180 school days): USD 1,050 per year; charged as USD 525 for each semester when applicable.
- Piano lessons (Grades 1–12): 30 lessons @ USD 20 per lesson = USD 600 (per year for a 30‑lesson package).
- Sibling discount: 5% tuition discount for younger sibling(s).
- Longevity discount: 5% tuition discount for students enrolled more than four years.
- No separate boarding fees apply because the school operates as a day school.

Uniforms and other school‑supplied items

- Tuition refunds: refunds and reductions for enrolment after the school year begins, or refunds for withdrawals before the school year ends, are determined on a prorated basis using the school's published refund scale; there is no refund for withdrawals on or after March 15 of the school year.
- For partial withdrawals during the year, pro‑rata calculations apply and a prior‑commitment deduction (typically 30% of a semester) is applied in the published refund calculation method.
- The Registration fee (USD 150) is non‑refundable under all circumstances.
- Refunds of refundable deposits are conditional on return of school property (textbooks, library items) in acceptable condition; loss/damage reduces the refunded amount.

The International School of Ulaanbaatar is Mongolia's only IB Continuum school, offering the International Baccalaureate across Pre‑School to Grade 12: PYP for ages 3–12, MYP for Grades 6–10 and the DP for ages 16–19. It is an independent, non‑profit, co‑educational day school situated on a purpose‑built campus on the south side of Ulaanbaatar, near the Tuul River and the Bogd Khan mountains. The two‑storey campus houses primary and secondary sections with shared facilities (cafeteria, nurse's clinic, theatre, swimming pool) and dedicated spaces: the primary includes a makers' space, library, gym and art/music spaces; the secondary includes Design Technology labs, science laboratories, a library, and performing arts venues. Sport facilities include two air‑conditioned gymnasiums, a 25‑m pool, three grass fields, a 400‑m track and a fitness centre. The program emphasizes inquiry‑based, experiential learning, service learning with local communities, and a broad co‑curricular offering in arts, sport and leadership. ISU is an English-language international school with multilingual library resources and participates in UBAC and ACAMIS, including Week Without Walls.
