Class sizes are limited to 25-30 students per class. The school has eight consulting rooms for English, Russian, Geography, Painting, Mathematics, and elementary classes. There are laboratories for Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. A standardized music hall and a sports hall are on site. The library contains over 10,000 books for high school, secondary, and primary students, and two computer laboratories with wireless internet; high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, and the cafeteria serves 120 people.
The campus includes a standardized sports hall for physical education and indoor sports. The sports hall supports PE classes and team activities. The learning environment also features a dedicated music hall which complements the sports facilities as part of the overall campus amenities.

Extracurricular activities include brush lettering, dance, choir and music lessons, science club and sports training. Horsehead fiddle instrument lessons, piano lessons and ukulele lessons are offered. Art and design courses and chess lessons are available. Men's and women's basketball and volleyball are practiced. Elective lessons to develop talents cover mathematics, Mongolian script, literature, English, Russian and art and crafts.
Shine Ue School is a private international school in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, offering a blended international curriculum designed for students pursuing higher education abroad. The school provides the Myanmar Curriculum alongside Cambridge Secondary, Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels, Cambridge A Levels, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Shine Ue became the first Mongolian school to implement the IB Diploma Programme in 2018 and was authorized in 2022 to offer Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge AS/A Level programs; the school is accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organization and Cambridge Assessment International Education.
