- Items not automatically included in tuition (may incur additional charges): specialised PEAK sports programme add-on fees, certain external exams, specialised extracurricular activities requiring external instructors or equipment, residential trips beyond local field trips, music/drama lessons where applicable.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Billing frequency: Tuition fees are charged annually. New-starter charges (registration fee and initial tuition instalment) are payable prior to a new student commencing. If a student enrols after the start of the school year, tuition is prorated using the school's formula (example given:

days / 180 × annual tuition).

- Payment methods and plans:
- Single up-front payment: pay the full annual tuition before the school year starts and receive a discount of 7.5% on the tuition amount.
- Monthly instalment plan via Direct Debit: initial instalment equal to 25% of the total amount, with the remainder divided into 10 equal monthly payments. Choosing this instalment plan increases the total price by 4% (administration and banking costs). Direct Debit is the stated method for the monthly instalment plan.
- New-starter payment requirement: New students joining at the start of the school year must pay the registration fee and the first instalment of tuition prior to commencing.

Notice, withdrawal and refund-related points

- Notice period: A written, one-month notice is required to withdraw a student; fees are payable through the end of the notice period.
- Non-refundable charges: The registration fee and the capital levy are one-time, non-refundable charges.
- Re-enrolment fee handling: The re-enrolment fee of EUR 2,000 is charged at the end of the academic year and is then deducted from the following year's annual tuition.
- Proration: If a student enrols after the start of the school year, tuition is prorated based on the entry date (the school provides the prorating formula).

Boarding-specific billing details

- Boarding fees are charged separately from tuition; selecting boarding does not replace tuition charges. Boarding fees cover weekly residential provision and on-site services as described above. Flexible boarding options (5-day or 7-day) are available to accommodate regional and international family needs.

Accepted payment mechanisms (as stated by the school)

- Direct Debit is available for the monthly instalment plan. The school sets out two principal payment approaches: (1) single up-front payment (with the 7.5% discount) and (2) the Direct Debit monthly instalment plan (25% initial instalment + 10 monthly payments, with a 4% surcharge). Specific payment channels (bank transfer, card, third-party processors) are handled by the school's finance office according to the chosen payment method and invoicing; families are required to follow the school's invoicing instructions when arranging payment.

The MYP is designed for students aged 11 to 16 and consists of eight subject groups; students study at least two languages and complete projects such as a Year 10 community project and, later, a personal project. The DP is designed for students aged 16–18 and is a rigorous program culminating in external examinations; students must choose six courses from five groups and complete the core requirements: the extended essay, theory of knowledge (TOK), and creativity, activity and service (CAS).
