Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Complete and submit the AST Online Application Form with accurate information. 2. Ensure all required documents are included. 3. The Admissions Office reviews the submission as part of the admissions process. 4. This initial step begins the journey toward a decision. 5. Selected families will be invited for an interview with the admissions team to discuss expectations, school philosophy, and the applicant's potential fit at AST. 6. The interview provides an opportunity to learn more about the applicant and family goals. 7. The admissions team uses the interview to assess fit with AST's program. 8. Interviews are an essential step before a decision is made. 9. Applicants will undergo an academic evaluation to assess their skills, readiness, and suitability for AST's curriculum. 10. The evaluation informs the admissions decision by examining academic preparation. 11. The results contribute to a comprehensive view of the applicant's potential. 12. The admissions team carefully reviews the application, assessment results, and interview insights before making a final decision. 13. All components are considered in the final decision. 14. Accepted students will receive an official offer of admission. 15. Families will be notified of the outcome.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Financial aid at AST is needs-based and only returning AST families are eligible. The process requires completing a formal application for financial aid and submitting supporting documents; the deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is September 29, 2025. Awards will not exceed 20% of tuition, and recipients are expected to pay the remaining portion by the reenrollment deadlines; the school documents any financial aid as required by the Moroccan government. If payments are delinquent, the school may withdraw the financial aid and rescind admission.
