Colegio Español Ramón y Cajal is a Spanish international educational centre in Tangier, operating under the Spanish Ministry of Education's Education Abroad program. The curriculum, established by the Ministry, provides an integrative view of Spanish and Moroccan cultures, ensuring both Spanish and Moroccan languages and cultures are represented. Linguistic competence is developed in Spanish, Arabic, and English or French, depending on the language studied. The centre spans 16,889 m2, with 11,621 m2 built and 5,268 m2 landscaped, and comprises four buildings housing classrooms, workrooms, and support spaces, plus sports facilities, a garden, and parking. Academic spaces include 27 classrooms, 3 Flexible Grouping Rooms, and specialized areas such as an Arabic Language Room, a Music Classroom, a Library, an Art Room, a Computer/ICT Room, and a Psychomotor Room. After‑school activities run Monday to Friday, including football, basketball, cinema, dance, workshops, and theatre, with cinema projects and cultural events enriching student life.
