Billing schedule and payment terms

- Due dates and enforceability: amounts become due at each term arrival; failure to pay triggers reminders, possible suspension from classes and recovery procedures; persistent non‑payment can lead to exclusion and cancellation of re‑registration.

- In the event of payment incidents (returned checks, failed direct debits), the school may demand certified payment methods and reserve the right to pursue recovery actions; associated recovery costs are borne by the debtor.
