Billing schedule and payment terms

- Invoicing: tuition is billed at the start of each term and is payable according to the term schedule. The standard split is 40% (September/December), 30% (January/March) and 30% (April/June). Invoices are issued in the name of the legal guardians.
- Due dates and enforceability: amounts become due at each term arrival; failure to pay triggers reminders, possible suspension from classes and recovery procedures; persistent non‑payment can lead to exclusion and cancellation of re‑registration.
- Re‑registration: re‑registration is only confirmed after settlement of any outstanding invoices for the current year (all terms and any ancillary charges).

- Bursary adjustments: where a later award of an AEFE/consular school bursary changes the family's contribution, any resulting over‑payment will be reimbursed or offset against outstanding sums for the current year according to the financial rules.

- Payment methods accepted by the Groupement's accounting office include: bank cheque to the Agent comptable, card payments on site or online, automatic debit (by request), cash deposit, or bank transfer (virements in euros are converted at the official chancellerie exchange rate on the date of valorization). The agent comptable may require specific payment methods where incidents occur.
- In the event of payment incidents (returned checks, failed direct debits), the school may demand certified payment methods and reserve the right to pursue recovery actions; associated recovery costs are borne by the debtor.

Collège Anatole France is an AEFE-managed middle school in Casablanca's Belvédère district, offering French collège curriculum under the AEFE network. The college serves collège students and acts stepping stone to Lycée Lyautey, with six classes per level and 24 divisions in a human‑scale campus comprising three buildings and three courtyards. Core subjects include Mathematics, Sciences (Physics and Life Sciences) and Technology, with Arts & EPS and Sciences Humaines forming part of the programme.
