Primary hours: doors open at 07:45; classes begin at 08:25 (08:50 for kindergarten); end at 15:30; doors close at 17:00; Wednesday ends at 12:10 (kindergarten) and 13:00 (primary). Secondary hours: start at 08:25; end at 16:30; last-year students finish at 17:20 on Tuesdays and Thursdays; Wednesday ends at 13:00.

The language of instruction is French. Arabic, English and Spanish are taught respectively from M3, P1 and S4.
1. Complete online the admission form. After you submit, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt with your EduKa platform login credentials. For families with siblings already enrolled in the network, the legal guardian must submit the admission request directly on EduKa by selecting Admission and creating a dossier for a new pupil for 2024/25. 2. Build a digital admission file containing the following documents: a) a pupil identity photo taken within the last 3 months; b) a copy of the CIN or passport of the legal guardian; c) for registrations from P1, a certificate of schooling dated within the last 3 months; d) for registrations from P2, copies of the pupil's report cards from the last two years (2023-2024 and 2022-2023); e) for pupils of Belgian nationality only, a copy of the pupil's passport or identity card. 3. Submit your admission file online on the EduKa parent portal: log in, click Admission, then Demande d'inscription, then the Justificatifs tab; upload all required documents. Besides the pupil photo, the other documents must be scanned as PDFs in A4 format; screenshots are not accepted. An acknowledgment email will be sent after validation of the dossier. 4. Complete online the Parents questionnaire. It asks about your view of the school and its mission to better understand your expectations and your alignment with the educational project. Once your admission file is validated by the admissions service, you will receive by email an invitation for the child to participate in the observation session or aptitude verification, a document to print and present on the day of the session.
Scholarships/financial arrangements include reduced tuition for Belgian nationality and general eligibility for a reduced rate. Droit de premiere inscription (first enrollment fee) standard: 30,000 MAD for accueil (early childhood) and 40,000 MAD for other levels; a 20% discount applies to the second child and 50% for subsequent children. FRAIS DE SCOLARITE ANNUELS (Minerval) standard: Maternelle 47,060 MAD; Primaire 56,070 MAD; Secondaire inférieur 65,400 MAD; Secondaire supérieur 68,580 MAD; Droit annuel de réinscription: 5,000 MAD (Maternelle); 6,000 MAD (Primaire); 7,000 MAD (Secondaire). For Belgian nationality, a reduced rate applies: Droit de premiere inscription: 7,000 MAD (accueil) and 10,000 MAD (other levels); FRAIS DE SCOLARITE ANNUELS (Minerval) reduced: Maternelle 28,236 MAD; Primaire 33,642 MAD; Secondaire inférieur 39,240 MAD; Secondaire supérieur 41,148 MAD; Droit annuel de réinscription: 3,000 MAD (Maternelle); 3,600 MAD (Primaire); 4,200 MAD (Secondaire). A quota of places exists to ensure social mix, and the reduced rates require applying via the admission form with documentation of financial capacity; the reduced-rate payments may be deducted from the first-quarter charges if not covered by an employer.
