Opened in the 2021/2022 school year, the Lycée Français Léon l'Africain Rabat is a human-scale campus in Souissi, Rabat, welcoming up to 900 students. It blends rigorous French standards with Moroccan cultural richness. From kindergarten through high school, programs are designed for holistic development. The pedagogical approach emphasizes preparing students to become world citizens, with a strong focus on multilingualism, multicultural learning, and critical thinking. Located in Rabat, with campuses in Rabat Souissi, Casablanca Bourgogne, and the Annexe Domaine d'Anfa, the Lycée Français Léon L'Africain is a private AEFE-homologated French international school welcoming up to 900 students from ages 3 to 18. The school follows the French curriculum from preschool through lycée, and combines rigorous instruction with multilingual, intercultural education. From kindergarten, students engage with English for moral and civic education and Arabic for history/geography, while digital and robotics skills are integrated across subjects. In the lycée, students pursue a common culture base, select three specialties in Première and two in Terminale, with ongoing orientation support for higher education. Facilities include spacious, digitally equipped classrooms, science laboratories, a Fab Lab, robotics and culinary labs, plus extensive libraries. Extracurriculars span theatre, arts, music, dance, cinema, field trips and guest talks, along with robotics, swimming, climbing, and sports.
