- Payment deadlines and any options for exceptional payment schedules are administered by the school's accounting office; failure to regularize overdue amounts by the end of the term may lead to student suspension or exclusion and initiation of debt‑recovery procedures. Returned cheque incidents and prolonged non‑payment trigger formal recovery steps; costs of recovery are charged to the family.

Boarding / Internat
- No boarding (internat) provision is listed among the school's services; boarding is not applicable.

Other costs and recurring charges
- Voluntary solidarity contribution: MAD 300 per year (annual, voluntary).
- Canteen / school meals: provided through an external catering arrangement; canteen usage and billing are handled separately and charged in addition to tuition.
- Exam and ancillary fees (transport, supervision, specific extracurricular activities, school trips, exam registration): these are charged separately; some exam‑related or ancillary payments are handled by bank transfer. Amounts for these items vary by activity/level.
- School supplies, textbooks and optional extracurricular services: supplied or invoiced separately; parents are responsible for those costs where applicable.

Refunds and withdrawals
- DPI (first‑time registration fee) is not refundable.
- For a pupil leaving partway through the school year, charges are calculated by month on the basis of one‑tenth of the annual tuition per month; the month of departure is charged in full. Exceptional remissions (for example long‑term medical absence exceeding specified thresholds) may be granted at the discretion of the accounting authority and require documentation.

- Card payment via the school's online payment platform (Eduka SimplePay) is supported and is the preferred online payment method.
