It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Newton Group of Schools in Qatar was founded in 2006 as a small school housed in two villas with about 200 students. The founders adopted the National Curriculum of England and Wales (the British Curriculum) to promote a life-long love of learning and to empower students to transform their world. By 2018 the group had grown to eight campuses serving around 10,000 students. The Newton Group now operates ten campuses across Doha, offering the English National Curriculum complemented by a strong Arabic program, with leadership including Dr Jabr Al Noaimi (Chairman) and Mrs Afaf Al Ma'adeed (CEO). Engagement with families is supported through the Parents & Teachers Association (PTA) and a Parents Affairs Officer (PAO), with teachers available to discuss parental concerns.
Beyond academics, Newton Group of Schools pursues holistic development and offers a wide range of extracurricular activities and facilities. The campuses maintain an active events program across Doha, featuring sports, arts, and educational activities. The Our Events pages show events such as FIFA World Cup U17, Internewton Gifted and Talented Event, and workshops like Phonics Parent Workshop, with additional field trips and community activities noted on campus pages.
A Parents & Teachers Association (PTA) exists to support parent engagement, alongside a Parents Affairs Officer (PAO). The Founders' Message invites active involvement through the PTA and PAO, and staff emphasize that teachers are always available to discuss parents' concerns. The school encourages ongoing dialogue with families through these channels and through direct communication with teachers.
