Application fee
- An application fee of USD 250 is payable with each application. This fee is non‑refundable regardless of the outcome or withdrawal of the application.
Enrolment fee and deposit
- A non‑refundable enrolment fee of USD 3,500 (per family) is required to confirm a place. A refundable early‑notice deposit of USD 1,500 (per family) is also payable at enrolment; this deposit is refundable only if the school's early‑notice payback conditions are met.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is presented as an annual fee and in three termly instalments (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3) in the published schedule; additional charges (for example exam registration fees for Years 11–13) are invoiced separately. The school reserves the right to amend the Schedule of Fees.
Boarding fees
- No boarding or boarding fees are included in the published schedule. The school describes day‑time provision, bus services, and lunchtime provision but does not list boarding as a service.
Other costs and optional services
- Enrolment/exam registration: External exam registration fees (e.g., IGCSE, AS & A Level) are not included and are payable to the exam organisations; parents in exam years will receive separate invoices for these charges.

- Bus service: Annual bus service fee USD 3,465; Term 1 USD 1,200; Term 2 USD 1,200; Term 3 USD 1,065. Bus service is an additional optional service and not included within tuition.
- School uniform: All students are required to wear the school uniform and P.E. kit; uniforms and individual items are available for purchase from the school shop (costs vary by item and year group).
- Sibling discount: A 10% discount on tuition applies for the third child and any subsequent children registered at the school.
Refunds and withdrawal rules
- Application fee: non‑refundable. Enrolment fee: non‑refundable. The USD 1,500 deposit is refundable only if the family meets the school's early‑notice payback conditions.
- Early‑notice payback conditions: A written notice of at least 90 days before withdrawal is required; all outstanding fees must be paid; and all issued text/library books must be returned. The published 90‑day deadlines for withdrawal at the end of a term are: Term 1 — September 14th; Term 2 — January 11th; Term 3 — March 29th. Failure to meet notice or conditions results in forfeiture of the early‑notice refund.
