It is Nepal's first and only IB Continuum School, offering the full PYP, MYP, and DP programs. It began with Montessori roots and grew into a KG–12 IB continuum, shaped by conversations with parents who valued curiosity, learning from mistakes, and student voice. Its student-led initiatives include the Student Ambassador Program, Student Editorial Team, My Story, Professional Pathway, and Premier Podcast. Community service is integral, with School With No Walls and mindfulness and meditation programs, and AI and coding integrated into the curriculum.
The Premier community is warm and vibrant, with strong connections among students, families, and educators. Parent involvement is a core strength, with dedicated Parent Representatives meeting regularly to connect families with faculty and administration. Parents actively support and organize school events, from Premierians' sports competitions and Mother Tongue Day storytelling to the International Cultural Gala. Premier hosts parent gatherings, workshops, and support groups to strengthen ties with leadership, including coffee connect sessions with School Directors.
