Billing schedule and payment terms

- Invoices for the new academic year are issued in August. Full payment of a tuition invoice is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Standard re-enrolment / two-instalment schedule for families (students (re)enrolling at the beginning of the academic year): first instalment 50% due by 30 August; second instalment 50% due by 1 January (dates shown reflect the academic year schedule in force for the published year). Full payment or the first 50% payment is required before a child may start school. Company-funded payments must be received as a full payment by the school's stated company-payment deadline.
- New students starting after January (mid-year starters) are required to secure the tuition fee in one payment. The deposit must be paid prior to the child starting at the school.
- If payment is overdue, outstanding payment notices are issued; continued non-payment may result in a final reminder and a scheduled meeting with the school director and may affect the student's permitted final school day. The school may retain the deposit if fees remain unpaid.

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable: the school does not operate a boarding programme. Students attend as day pupils.

Other costs and excluded items

- The tuition fee covers core educational costs, including field trips, activities and excursions.
- The following items are not included in the tuition fee and are charged separately when applicable:
- Specialist learning support that is not covered by municipal (Gemeente) funding or health insurance.
- After-school clubs and programmes (UniKidz after-school provision is a separate service and is not included in the tuition).
- Mother-tongue lessons and other optional external services.
- Costs for lost or unreturned school books may be deducted from the deposit.
- Uniform: the school does not require a compulsory school uniform.
- Sibling discounts: a reduction applies for families with three or more children attending simultaneously — a 30% reduction for the third child and a 40% reduction for the fourth child.

Refund information and withdrawal notice

- Notice periods for withdrawal:
- When withdrawing between August and mid-April: 30 days written notice via a completed withdrawal form.
- When withdrawing at the end of the school year: 60 days written notice via a completed withdrawal form; the withdrawal form must be submitted by mid-April at the latest for end-of-year withdrawal.
- Return of deposit and refunds:
- The deposit is refundable only if the withdrawal form and notice conditions are met, all tuition fees and costs are paid in full, all school books are returned (or book costs deducted), and correct bank details for refund are provided.
- Refund processing time is approximately 4 to 10 working days for deposit refunds (the policy also indicates refunds for remaining tuition where applicable, with processing times described in the school fee policy).
- Failure to comply with the notice requirements or outstanding financial obligations may reduce or forfeit refundable amounts; the deposit may be retained if fees are unpaid.

Fee payment options and invoicing details

- The school issues a tuition invoice and provides a payment link to secure tuition via iDEAL (the Dutch online-banking payment method) for families with suitable Dutch bank accounts; invoices include payment instructions. Company-funded payments are accepted subject to the school's company-payment deadlines and conditions.
- Invoices specify the payment method and the deadline; full payment, instalment deadlines, and conditions for company payments must be met to secure a place. The school uses standard invoicing procedures and payment links for tuition payment.

Currency and billing notes

- All fee amounts are stated in Euros (EUR). Sibling reductions and pro rata adjustments are applied as described under the school fee structure.
