Fees

Application and enrolment fees

- Application (registration) fee: EUR 550 one-time, non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee: EUR 1,000 one-time, non-refundable. This enrolment fee is not deducted from tuition and remains non-refundable if you defer or leave.

Tuition fees (by academic year and per term)

- Annual tuition (Winford Bilingual The Hague) for the current academic year 2025–2026: EUR 23,800 per pupil. This same annual fee applies to the Bilingual stream and the Hague Dutch stream.

- Per-term / instalment detail:
- Single payment option: Pay the full annual tuition of EUR 23,800 in one instalment by 1 August 2025.
- Three-instalment option: The school permits payment in three instalments with an additional 3% administration and interest charge. Instalment due dates are 1 August, 15 November and 1 February. Using the three-instalment option increases the total payable by 3% (EUR 23,800 + 3% = EUR 24,514.00) and yields three equal instalments of approximately EUR 8,171.33 each (the school will allocate cents to sum correctly).

Tuition by year group

- The published tuition rate is the same across year groups (Panda, Zebra, Giraffe, Eagle). There is no separate tuition schedule by individual year group; annual tuition is applied per pupil regardless of the class within the primary school.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Invoice for application fee is issued during the application process; the application will be processed only after the application fee has been paid.
- Full-payment deadline for the single-payment option: 1 August 2025.
- Instalment due dates for three-instalment option: 1 August, 15 November and 1 February; a direct debit instruction is requested for the instalment option. A 3% administration/interest surcharge applies to the total.
- Tuition fees are pro-rated according to the pupil's starting date when enrolment occurs after the beginning of the school year. Depending on start date, instalment payment may still be offered (with additional administration and interest costs).

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates as a day primary school with the school day running from 09:00 (drop-off 08:45–09:00) to 15:00 (Wednesdays end at 13:00). Meals are provided during the school day.

Other costs and included items

- The tuition fee is described as all-inclusive for the school's services: it covers testing in both languages, special exhibits, field trips, morning snacks and a warm lunch each school day.
- Additional charges may apply for extra evaluations, specialist assessments, or one-to-one support if required; such costs are discussed with parents at the time such services are recommended.
- No uniform fee or mandatory uniform requirement is listed as part of the fee schedule. (School-provided daily lunch and snacks are included in tuition.)

Refund and withdrawal information

- Application (registration) fee of EUR 550 is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee of EUR 1,000 is non-refundable in all circumstances (including deferral or leaving).
- Withdrawal policy: Parents must provide two months' written notice to withdraw. In the absence of written notice, two months' tuition fees will be charged in lieu. Any overdue fees or other charges remain payable on notice of withdrawal. Tuition is otherwise pro-rated for mid-year enrolment.

Fee payment options

- The school issues an invoice for the application fee. For the three-instalment payment plan the school requests a direct debit instruction. The single-payment (one instalment) option requires payment by the stated deadline (1 August). Specific other payment methods (for example, credit card or bank transfer) are not detailed in the published fee schedule.

Family discount

- A 5% family discount is applied to the tuition fee for the youngest child when more than one child from the same family attends the school (applicable to Amsterdam, Haarlem and The Hague locations).
