Application / Enrollment Fees
- The school requires payment of an enrollment/registration fee and other one‑time charges (for example: matrícula, seguro, materiales, tecnología y eventos) at the time of enrollment. These one‑time charges are billed per student and must be paid when registering the student.
Tuition fees by year group (structure and availability)
- Tuition is structured by grade level and is charged on an annual basis but collected in monthly installments for most year groups. The school publishes a table of aranceles each year that specifies the exact tuition amount for each grade; however, specific numeric tuition amounts per grade for the 2026/27 academic year were not published publicly. Parents should expect annual tuition to be broken down into monthly payments as described below.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard tuition billing: tuition is established in a 12‑payments modality for students from Maternal II through 11th grade (one payment each month). Payments are due at the school's cashier before the 10th day of each month.
- Late payment penalty: a 10% surcharge is applied to tuition payments received after the 10th of the month.
- One‑time annual charges (matrícula, insurance, materials, technology and event fees) must be paid at enrollment and are charged per student. These annual charges do not receive discounts based on number of children.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable: the institution operates as a day school (no boarding program). There are therefore no boarding fees.
Other costs and recurring ancillary fees
- Uniforms: the school requires school uniforms and has a published uniform policy; uniform purchase and replacement costs are the responsibility of families.
- School transport: the school operates an optional school transport service; transport is billed separately when used.
- Technology, materials and event fees: these are charged as part of the annual one‑time fees due at enrollment and may cover textbooks, technology access and school events. Additional activity charges (field trips, retreats, optional clubs, athletics, external testing fees, etc.) may be invoiced separately during the school year.
Refunds and withdrawal / outstanding balances
- The school regulations require families to be current on all accounts (including library fines, enrollment bonuses, materials, technology and event fees) to receive official documents (transcripts, conduct letters) when a student withdraws. The regulations indicate that certain enrollment‑related fees are treated as immediate charges at registration; specific refund policies or numerical refund schedules for withdrawn students were not published in the publicly available documents.
Payment methods and currency
- Payments may be made in US dollars or in córdobas; the school's regulations include a section on acceptable payment procedures and on payments by cheque, and state that tuition payments are processed through the school's cashier. Exact accepted payment channels (for example: credit card, bank transfer wiring instructions, online payment portal) and any processing fees are not listed publicly in the documents reviewed.
Notes on academic year and availability of numeric fee amounts
- The school issues an annual “Tabla de Aranceles” that contains the numeric tuition and fee amounts by grade. As of the most recent public regulatory documents and site content reviewed, the detailed numeric fee table for the 2026/27 academic year was not available in the publicly posted materials; the policies and procedures governing billing, currency, timing and non‑tuition charges are published in the school regulations and admissions policy.
