The school is a full-boarding secondary school. There are six hostel houses: three for girls (Junior, Senior, and SS3) and three for boys (Junior, Senior, and SS3). Each year group has its own private quadrangle garden, with rooms accommodating five to six students or en-suite bedrooms for SS3.
Uniforms are available from designated outfitters.
The dining hall offers continental and Nigerian meals, with menus developed in collaboration with the Student Representative Council and Dining Hall Prefects.

Atlantic Hall is governed by a Board of Trustees and a Board of Governors. Chief (Mrs.) K. O. Dina is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Mrs. Folasade Adefisayo is the Chairman of the Board of Governors. The Principal is Mr Adetayo David.
Atlantic Hall School is a co-educational, boarding secondary school in Lagos, Nigeria, serving students aged 10 to 17. It delivers a dual Nigerian-British curriculum alongside a Canadian Ontario Secondary Diploma program offered in partnership with KAI Academy International and approved by the Ontario Ministry of Education. The school operates JSS and SS; JSS3 sits Cambridge Checkpoint, SS2 Cambridge IGCSE, and SS3 WASSCE. Eleven subject areas include English, Mathematics, Science, ICT, Languages (French, Yoruba, Igbo, Spanish), Business, Humanities, Technology, Vocational, and Creative and Performing Arts. The curriculum supports personalized targets and self-driven learning within the dual framework. The Maryland Estate campus features airy classrooms and quadrangle hostels, an on-site farm with fruit trees and animal husbandry, and a Sports Centre with a 25m six-lane pool, multiple pitches and courts. Nine laboratories, a Technology Workshop, a Virtual Learning Environment, and a 400 Mbps internet connection underpin teaching, while the library holds about 15,000 books in English and local languages.
