Atlantic Hall offers athletics, cheerleading, dance, swimming, football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, cycling, skating, taekwondo, chess, badminton, table tennis, tennis, and more. The school hosts annual competitions and events such as Inter-House Sports, Sports Dinner, and various local and international fixtures. It also conducts annual international sports and educational trips to destinations including San Diego (USA), Toronto (Canada), Dubai (UAE), and Manchester (UK).
