Guidance and pastoral support are provided through personal tutors and subject staff, with room for more specialized support if needed. The school develops students' self-esteem and personal development through a Personal Development Curriculum that includes PSCHE, and there are opportunities for guidance and a balanced program with co-curricular activities outside the classroom.
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Policy states the school takes mental health and wellbeing seriously and promotes a caring, inclusive ethos while recognising staff welfare. It aims to develop a community where all stakeholders can flourish, includes a Wellbeing Officer to address welfare and wellbeing needs, and outlines how the school supports mental health and wellbeing for students and staff. The policy also promotes student wellbeing through initiatives such as establishing a student wellbeing group and ensuring appropriate staff development.

Bridge House College, Ikoyi, is a sixth form college for students aged 16 to 18. It offers Cambridge International AS Levels, Cambridge A Levels, and a Bespoke Curriculum. The Cambridge A Levels Programme runs two years, AS completed in Nigeria and A2 at Brooke House College, UK. Cambridge Examinations conducts exams, moderated by British Council. The University Foundation Programme is a one-year path into universities, with Major Modules from Accounting, Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Economics, Fine Art, Law, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, and Sociology, plus ICT, Communication Skills, Research Project and Internship. The USA Foundation Pathway adds SAT/TOEFL/IELTS and Calculus. The Medical Foundation Pathway provides routes to medicine via A Level or UFP, with admissions guidance to medical schools in the UK, Ireland, Hungary, USA and Canada.
