The boarding houses cater to Upper Elementary (Years 4-6) and College male and female students. The houses are run by a hostel team including resident house parents, a registered nurse, and cooks, coordinated by the Head of Boarding. Rooms are air-conditioned and shared, with a structured routine that includes chores, study, and weekend activities. Meals are provided with two menus (continental and local), nightcap snacks daily, and allergy-conscious alternatives; security is 24-hour with CCTV and regular police patrols.

The school is administered by a Governing Board made up of professional, eminent Nigerians with a passion for education. The Governing Board makes major decisions concerning the schools and assists the Director who manages the school. A Head of Schools, Head Teacher, Elementary and College Principal are in charge of day-to-day running.
Halifield Schools is a private Nigerian institution serving ages 2 to 16 with campuses in Maryland and Lekki. The curriculum blends Nigerian and British standards, delivering WASSCE and IGCSE syllabi and preparing students for BECE, CHECKPOINT, and IGCSE.
