Hampton Preparatory School opened on September 11, 2017. It is an independent day school located in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, serving children from three months to Year 8. The school calendar includes community and cultural events such as New Parents' Induction, Student Council Elections and the Swearing-In of elected Student Council members, and Independence Day Celebration. Literacy Week features activities including a Spelling Bee, Adire Day, and Friendship Day; the school also observes Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation/Prize Giving and other end-of-term events. A brand-new library opened to provide books, digital resources and quiet study spaces.
