- Application/Entrance: listed third‑party fee summaries show an application/entrance charge in the range of NGN 20,000 to NGN 150,000 for new applicants. The school's downloadable application/entrance-exam form indicates an entrance examination fee is required (amount not printed on the form).
Tuition fees — annual and per‑term by level (compiled ranges)
- General rule applied to per‑term amounts: the school's parent contract states the annual tuition is divided into three equal parts and charged termly; per‑term figures below are each annual amount divided by three (rounded).
- Nursery / Early Years (day): NGN 800,000 – NGN 3,000,000 per year; per term NGN 266,667 – NGN 1,000,000.
- Primary (day): NGN 900,000 – NGN 1,500,000 per year (commonly reported); per term NGN 300,000 – NGN 500,000. NGN 2,500,000 – NGN 3,000,000 per year appears in some listings for higher tiers; per term NGN 833,333 – NGN 1,000,000.
- Primary (boarding, where offered): NGN 1,800,000 – NGN 2,500,000 per year; per term NGN 600,000 – NGN 833,333.
- Junior Secondary (JSS 1–3) day: NGN 1,200,000 – NGN 1,800,000 per year; per term NGN 400,000 – NGN 600,000.
- Senior Secondary (SS 1–3) day: NGN 1,400,000 – NGN 2,000,000 per year; per term NGN 466,667 – NGN 666,667.
- Junior Secondary boarding: NGN 2,500,000 – NGN 3,200,000 per year; per term NGN 833,333 – NGN 1,066,667. Senior Secondary boarding: commonly reported ranges between NGN 2,800,000 – NGN 3,500,000 per year in some listings, with at least one widely cited listing showing boarding secondary at NGN 5,500,000 per year; per term this corresponds to NGN 933,333 – NGN 1,833,333. Boarding charges are normally included in the total boarding tuition figure (accommodation, meals, laundry, supervision).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual tuition is split into three equal termly instalments; each term's fees are charged separately and fall due for payment on the first day of the term. Fees must be paid as cleared funds before the term begins. The school does not accept cash payments. Simple interest (up to 1.5% per month) may be charged on overdue fees and the school may exclude a pupil on short notice for unpaid fees.
Boarding fees and what they cover
- Lifeforte is a residential (boarding) school; boarding charges are included in the boarding tuition figure and typically cover hostel accommodation, three daily meals, laundry, 24‑hour supervision/security and weekend activities. Boarding tuition is billed on the same termly schedule as tuition.
Other compulsory and typical additional costs
- Common additional compulsory charges reported in fee summaries include: acceptance/registration processing charges, development levy, PTA levy, ICT/technology fee, sports fee, and external examination fees (charged as supplemental/exam fees). Typical amounts reported in third‑party breakdowns: development/levy and single‑session extras commonly range from NGN 30,000 up to NGN 150,000 or more depending on level and whether the student is new. Uniforms, personal materials, and optional services (bus, extra coaching) are charged separately. Examination and external test charges (where applicable) are passed on as supplemental charges.
Refunds, cancellations and notice
- Fees and supplemental charges are not refundable except where there is a legal liability to refund. Specific non‑refundable circumstances include pupil absence, shortened terms or extended vacations, release home before the normal end of term, provision of remote education, or temporary school closure except in exceptional hardship cases at the discretion of the Head. Cancellation of an accepted place within 14 days (when the offer is made in the term immediately prior to entry) is subject to retention of the Acceptance Deposit; cancellation after that period or late withdrawal may attract a liability equal to one term's fees in lieu of notice. Exclusion for non‑payment can lead to a pupil being deemed withdrawn and a term's fees in lieu of notice becoming payable.
Fee payment options and practical instructions
- The school's terms name bank transfer to designated school accounts and cleared funds as the required form of payment; international residents are required to pay in foreign currency to specified accounts where applicable. The school operates an online parent/admin billing portal for invoicing and receipts. The school's stated policy disallows accepting cash for school fees. Agreements with third‑party payers do not remove the parents' liability for fees if the third party defaults.
Notes on billing practice
- Fees are reviewed periodically and termly invoices list any supplemental/optional charges; part payments may be accepted on account but the school's contract sets out the right to charge interest and recover costs for late or unpaid fees. Externally billed examination fees and one‑off charges (uniform, travel, special trips) are normally itemised separately.
