The Lifeforte Extracurricular program includes a wide range of clubs: Creative Writing Club, Drama Club, Music Club, Literary and Debating Club, Junior Engineers, Technicians and Scientists Club, Cookery Club, The Choreography and Cultural Club, Arts and Photography Club, The French Club, The Young Entrepreneurs Club, and a Community Service Club. The Creative Writing Club develops literary writing and culminates in publication of student works. The Junior Engineers, Technicians and Scientists Club engages students in science and technology projects and quizzes; the Literary and Debating Club builds critical thinking and public speaking; the French Club strengthens language skills.

The Creative Writing Club develops writing talents, the Drama Club cultivates acting and performance, the Music Club trains instrumentalists and singers for the school band and choir, the Arts and Photography Club fosters visual arts and photography, and The Choreography and Cultural Club explores dance and traditional performing arts.
The French Club polishes students' French through activities such as debate, drama, French dancing competitions, poems, and songs, and also serves as an avenue for students to learn about France and the roots of the language.
Cookery Club teaches cooking and introduces time, energy and money management. The Choreography and Cultural Club offers opportunities to explore artistic talents through dance and performing arts. Arts and Photography Club fosters creativity in drawing, painting, graphics, sculpture, textile and photography.
Community Service Club focuses on service, volunteering, visitations, giving, outreach and fundraising; the club's activities have included visits to motherless babies' homes and homes for the handicapped, a book and clothes drive, and ‘Orphans day out'. The club has organized projects such as a carwash to raise funds and has supported charitable initiatives, including donations to orphanages.
Extracurricular activities include leadership training, human rights skills, moral instruction, societal ethics, public speaking, sportsmanship, and community development.
Pastoral care supports student well-being through Bible teaching, prayer times, counseling, fellowship and supervised activities. The Rose of Sharon Fellowship provides a weekly forum for songs, musical instruments, drama, and interactive Bible study under the supervision of youth pastors, with a dedicated pastoral team and house parents monitoring students 24 hours a day. Inter-house sports are part of Lifeforte's sports program.
Lifeforte International School is a co-educational Christian institution in Ibadan, Nigeria, serving Preschool to Senior Secondary and A Level. The curriculum blends British Cambridge qualifications with Nigerian content: Junior Secondary uses Nigerian Examinations Council material with Cambridge Checkpoint KS3, with the Lifeforte Junior School Certificate Exam at grade 9. Senior Secondary offers either the WASSCE or Cambridge O Level, with 8–11 subjects across Grades 10–12. A Level work follows the Cambridge path, with Early Decision and AS/A2 courses. Core subjects include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Economics, Geography, Accounts, Sociology, History, Literature and Business Studies. 25-acre Ibadan campus hosts six blocks, interactive whiteboards, a healthcare centre, an assembly hall, and admin block. The sports complex features a heated 25 m pool, 320-seat pavilion, artificial turf pitch, and tartan track. Residential facilities accommodate eight hostels, while pastoral care and community service underpin the student experience through clubs and events.
