Pampers Private School was founded in 1983 by Mrs Oludolapo Odunlami. It started with 10 students and 4 staff on Johnson Street, Bode Thomas. Over 38 years it has grown to over 800 students across two campuses located in Surulere and Lekki. Rainbow College, the secondary arm, was established in September 1996. The mission is to develop every Pampers child in totality to become a useful, enlightened and disciplined member of the society.

The separate PTAs at the Surulere and Lekki campuses support and strengthen the Pampers community of pupils, parents and teachers. They bring together parents and teachers to discuss how best to support pupils' education. They welcome and help new parents by sharing relevant information. They organize fundraising events and activities for school projects and charities and support events such as sports day. They host social events and workshops for parents and support local community projects.
Pampers Private School is a day school in Nigeria that welcomes children from 12 months to 11 years. The school operates across two campuses, in Lekki and Surulere, offering a blended curriculum that combines the British and Nigerian systems to international standards. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS/PEYFS) builds a secure base for exploration, creativity and personal development, while Primary Years (ages 5–11) follow the Pampers Primary Curriculum (PPC), a mix of the Cambridge primary framework and Nigerian subjects. PPC covers eight Cambridge subjects—English, Maths, Science, Global Perspectives, Digital Literacy, Music, Art and Design, and Physical Education—plus Social Studies, Yoruba, Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning and Spelling.
