Premier International School offers a Nigerian curriculum blended with the Cambridge (British) framework and elements of American curricula. In Early Years, it runs the Early Years Foundation Stage and Montessori programs; in Primary, National and Cambridge Primary; and in Secondary, National and Cambridge Curriculum. Students prepare for the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint, the West African Senior School Certificate, and the IGCSE, followed by Cambridge AS and A Levels. A digital learning program provides personal laptops for students in Years 7–10. Bilingual education is available with classes in French, German and Mandarin, with DELF Prim and DELF Junior certifications. Founded in 1997, Premier emphasizes academic excellence, discipline and holistic development through athletics, arts and community service. The campus features CCTV in classrooms, an ICT Lab, a library, Art and Languages labs, and extensive sports facilities, plus a sick bay for health care. The campus also hosts cultural events and service projects annually.

The school offers a unique curriculum comprising the National, Cambridge (British) and a blend of the American curricula. In the Early Years, it runs the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Montessori curriculum; in Primary, it runs both the National primary and Cambridge primary curricula; in Secondary, it runs the National and Cambridge Curriculum. These curricula prepare learners to take the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint Examination at the primary level and the West African Senior School Certificate (SSCE) and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) at the secondary level. Blending learning with technology, the school launched a digital learning program and all students in Years 7-10 have personal laptop computers which they use in class to support their learning. It also runs bilingual programs where learners attend classes in French, German and Mandarin and take certification examinations in DELF Prim and DELF Junior.
The Learning Support Unit provides resources and instructional strategies that give students physical, social, emotional, and intellectual support.
The Learning Support Unit caters for students with learning difficulties and conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit and Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Down Syndrome (DS), Learning Disability (LD), and Hearing Impairment (HI). The unit is staffed by qualified and dedicated Special Education teachers and therapists, with over 40 staff and 74 pupils/students, and sub-sections include Speech Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Cognitive, Physiotherapy, Vocational Skills, and Sign Language.
Mental wellbeing is supported through the Learning Support Unit via behavioral therapy and related services to assist learners' social and emotional development.
Premier International School maintains a safe environment with 24-hour security guards and CCTV cameras.
1. Admission is based on academic achievement and age considerations. A baseline assessment is conducted before admission is given. The admission requirements are based on these criteria. The baseline assessment is a part of the admission process.
2. Fees can be paid online using the pix pay button on the website. The Capital Development Fee is charged at the time of admission. The fund is used for upgrading and renewal of the buildings and physical facilities and equipment. There is a family discount for the third and subsequent child.
3. Transportation is not provided by the school; parents are expected to arrange transport. Uniforms vary by section: primary uniforms are tartan pinafore/shorts with a shirt; secondary uniforms are a shirt/blouse with trousers/skirts and a blazer.
