Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school operates a three‑term billing cycle; each term's fees accrue separately and fall due on or before the first day of the term to which the invoice relates. Invoices for supplemental charges (for example extra‑curricular activities) are issued separately and must be paid by the first day of the next term.
- Payment deadlines: each term's fees must be paid in full by the first day of the term; non‑payment after three weeks of resumption may result in the child being excluded from class and, if unpaid at half term, the place may be offered to another applicant.
- Withdrawals and notice: a Term's Notice in writing is required to withdraw a child; failing to give the required Term's Notice will result in forfeiture of the Refundable Deposit or payment of a Term's Fees in lieu of notice.
Boarding
- St. Saviour's School Ikoyi is a day primary school and does not operate boarding provision; no boarding fees apply.
Other costs and extra charges
- Uniform: parents obtain school uniform through the school's approved uniform supplier/Uniform Shop; uniform costs are set by the supplier and charged separately.
- Extra‑curricular activities, after‑school clubs and public examination charges (where applicable) are supplemental to tuition and are invoiced separately.
- Any additional items (educational visits, special provision, replacement equipment, damage, extras ordered by parents) are chargeable in addition to standard fees.
Refund information
- The Admission Acceptance Fee is non‑refundable. The Refundable Deposit is refundable on completion of Year 6 or on giving the required Term's Notice; failure to give the required notice or having outstanding debts will result in forfeiture of the Refundable Deposit. Term fees are not normally refundable for absence or partial attendance.
