Applications are submitted through Ravenna to start the process. 2. The Hudson School offers three admissions pathways: Milestone Early Notification, Regular Decision (PreK–8), Regular Decision (Grade 9–12), and Rolling Admissions. Application deadlines vary by pathway: December 1, 2025 for Milestone; January 9, 2026 for Regular Decision (PreK–8); January 16, 2026 for Regular Decision (Grade 9–12); and rolling admissions with no fixed deadline. 3. Detailed timeline descriptions explain that Early Notification is not binding and enrollment can be confirmed by February 15; Regular Decision follows a traditional calendar with mid‑March decisions; Rolling Admissions provides flexibility for mid‑year enrollment. 4. Supplemental materials have specific due dates: December 15, 2025; January 23, 2026; and January 30, 2026, depending on pathway. Financial aid applications follow the same timelines. 5. Admission notifications are released within 2–3 weeks of completing the process, with dates of January 16, 2026; February 5, 2026; and February 19, 2026 cited for decisions. Enrollment contracts are due within two weeks of acceptance (January 30, 2026 for returning families; dates vary for new families), and the start date is Fall 2026. 6. The Apply Now option is available to begin the process.
The Hudson School offers financial aid based on demonstrated financial need. Financial aid awards are determined through the Clarity application, which is mobile-friendly, translated into Spanish, and carries a $65 submission fee that may be waived for families meeting certain income and asset criteria. Financial aid deadlines for the 2026–2027 year are January 9 for Lower & Middle School applicants (PreK 3–Grade 8) and January 16 for Upper School applicants (Grades 9–12). A signed enrollment contract and a $1,000 non-refundable down payment are due by February 2, 2026 for returning families; new families have grade- and date-based due dates. A $2,500 Building Fund fee is due July 1, 2026 for new students.
